New members (members with a smiley face by name) may not be recruited for jobs - because new members cannot work at MFG until the smiley face is gone.


Every single customer relations pt is to be closed in some way after 2-3 DAYS


New Horizons and New Leaf have separate survey messages please check you're sending the correct one prior to sending.

Sending Birthday and New Member Greets

 Both New Member Greetings and Birthday Greetings require NO adjustment to the pt. 


All you need to do is check members against the Do Not Contact List and for New Members, you’ll need to check the Already Greeted List. 


Titles (see bottom of page) will need to be adjusted accordingly, and please make sure you add all the correct members. 


After 2-3 days please post the closing message. This is required if you want your quota to be counted.


For Customer Relations to be counted for quota your threads need to be “completed” and what we mean by this is that the closing messages are posted. For greets (both birthday and newbie) you will use the template shown in the bottom of the image below.

 No alterations to the template are needed before sending it. 


Just adjust the title and add appropriate people. 


If you send this out on your own you will need to check against the Do Not Contact List, Do Not Hire List & Already Recruited List (We will have Do Not Hire and Already Recruited on the same post) 


If the customer accepts… you will post “direct to hiring thread” and unless they’ve posted you will post please add “username” to the list for “position”

If the customer doesn’t respond… you will post “Leaving Open” and remove from the thread

If the Customer responds and declines… you will post “Thanks Anyway” and lock the thread. 



NH & NL Surveys

 For both types of surveys, you will need to fill in the deliverer name. 


As with the other threads make sure titles and people added are correct before sending. 


You do not need to check ANY lists because the Customer Relations managers will be posting survey lists for you to claim directly. 


Surveys do not have to follow the same rules because customers give us the right to survey if they order per acc rules. 

 

Completed Response - If a customer posts that they’ve completed the survey you may post the “completed” message and lock the thread

All other Responses - You will post the “removing” template (shown first on image above) and leave the thread open, but remove from it

Please do NOT send a Service Recruit to MFG Staff, anyone on the Do Not Contact List or anyone on the Already Service Recruited Thread. We will also include anyone who is not permitted to order on the Already Service Recruited Thread just as a precaution to ensure they are not contacted.


**For Service Recruits we ask that you ensure the person was last active within a month of sending the message. So if it’s May 1 they need to have been active anytime from April 1 - May 1 to be sent. We don’t want to send them out to inactive members as it’s just a waste. You can find this information under their avatar (see image)


If the customer is interested… you will post the top message which will include links to all of our services.


If the customer is not interested/ or any other type of response… you will post “we’ll catch you later” message and remove from the thread. If the customer does post they are not interested you can feel free to lock the thread as a courtesy to them.  



Adding Orders for New Members

 Sometimes customers will ask you to add orders to the outstanding orders list for them. This happens especially with new members. To add just see the image to the left. Most often it's for the "Welcome to ACC" package. We ask you to keep the additions simple such as shown in the image above.
