New Leaf Deliverers: Add Customer, kissabLe_j & aiceskating to all pts
Claiming orders is done first on the giveaway or shop board (depending on where you are claiming). You will first ensure you're on the last page and reviewing the most updated "Outstanding Orders List" Then you will post

List orders here directly from the update. Please change # to the # you're claiming, and do not claim anything that has yet to be added to the OO list.
Return to the Exchange Thread, and repost the list and list your available times for pickup for today, tomorrow, and one additional day after.
If you need supplies for your order please send the "Pre-Delivery Pt". This informs the customer that you've claimed the order, but it's not quite ready for delivery.
If you've collected supplies, and/or self-supplied feel free to then send the "Delivery Pt" this will have the order details and your times for the week for the customer to select from.
Scroll to the bottom of this page to review the titles you should be using. We ask you to match the titles and only use templates for the main responses. (See delivery responses).
As mentioned briefly under "Claiming Orders" you will need to request supplies for any items that you do not have. To do so go to the corresponding "Exchange Thread" and repost your claim, but adjust it to read

For New Horizons instead of posting the number of orders you've claimed, we request you post the number of items to be supplied.
Sometimes a customer and you just can't connect, or reach a time that you'll both be available. In instances such as these, you will request a "takeover request". The process is simple.
1. Inform the customer
2. Request on the "Exchange Thread" by posting:

Explain the issue, so that way if it's time we can make sure the next deliverer will be able to meet.
3. Once you've found a takeover, return to the customer pt, inform them, and lock the pt.
* It's preferred you supply the items to the takeover deliverer, if possible.
Self-supplying means you do not need the order you've claimed. Now, if you want to supply partial orders you will post twice on the exchange thread.
