• Hacked items (see unorderables)
• Promos can be no less than 15 items and no more than 20 items
• You may NOT use more than 5 of the same item.
• Customized items MAY be included - not pattern (require qr code) - that is reserved for interior design. Clothing customization may be used, but that item must be dropped off with ASUtown prior to it being used publicly.
• Wrapped Gifts, Fish, Bugs, and other hacked items as listed on the unorderable list - may NOT be included (see tools & resources)
• Each promo you make becomes the property of the giveaway - you get the credit, but it may not be shared with other giveaways (including if you own your own).
• Promos must be listed horizontally (like, this) and not in a list format.
• Ensure items are spelled appropriately
• Custom items should be listed as ###- Item Name (Color/Pattern Customized)
  

• Promos are not to exceed 10 items without special permission first
• Promos must contain items in the catalog
• If you want to include an item, not in the catalog you must supply a copy of that item to ASUtown
• D.I.Y can be included but please be aware of materials needed as D.I.Ys offered in Shop promos will be produced by us.
• Promos must be titled and must have a total price listed with each item. For D.I.Y All D.I.Ys is 1000 bells. For all other items use prices on the database.
• Please use different items. We don't want a promo of 3-5 of the same item. Some exceptions apply.
• No flowers and/or hybrids in designs.

• - Please do your best to spell AC items correctly, and to list them as they are named (ie: Tee instead of Shirt)
• - Any flowers please make sure to list as bags (Ie: Red Rose Bag)
• - Balloons - Please List as Heart R. Balloon rather than Heart Red Balloon (New Leaf)
• - Villager Photos - Please list as Pic of Villager Name (New Leaf)
• - Including the # of items per promo is extremely helpful.
• - If using an entire series except for an item or two (such as the wall and floor) please list it just like (Ie: Lovely Series (Without wall and floor) - it helps our suppliers out.

Fashion promos will be designed and listed differently than other promos. 

We will work on fashion themed promos ahead of time due to needing photos of them prior to placing them on the giveaway/shop threads.

For New Horizons - Prices must be included, please be conscious of what you're listing as we will potentially be offering certain fashion designs for free.

We have no limitations other than the usual (no hacked items) for fashion designs. Please use the following format if submitting for New Leaf.
